北京卫昊康等离子技术开发公司，是北京中关村海淀园区的从事高新技术产品研发、检测、安装、生产、销售于一身的专业化的多功能公司。前身为中国科学院空间中心空间电学组，主力是庄洪春教授等十余位专家权威。公司研发的国内外唯一能拒雷于身外的“智能避雷”技术，被联合国组织的专家组誉为“人类生存和保障的最佳发明”，并授予我国唯一的国际发明特别金奖。
公司生产的“智能避雷球”产品系列，不靠接地，能保护地面固定目标、地面移动目标、水面目标及空中目标不遭直接雷击，从而使目标内部的现代化设备不受直接雷害。它的优点一是克服了避雷针引雷入地时对微电子设备所引起的强电磁辐射造成的危害；二是使附近落雷对被保护目标内的微电子设备的静电感应损害减小千倍以上；三是对遭雷击的危险性有监测和预警功能；四是开机时具有自动检查自身功能的能力；五是开机后有故障报警功能；六是可做到无人值守，当雷击危险性超过预值时，自动打开设备，自动保护目标；七是无需接地，应用面广。军民两用，特别军用意义更加重大，对保护我国的国防建设，提高部队的全天侯作战能力发挥不可估量之作用。
公司自行开发的另外两个配套产品，一是数字准静电场仪，用作环境电场测量，可作为雷击危险性监测和预警等用；二是数字快速电场仪，用作雷暴等引起的快速变化电场的测量，可作为雷闪活动等监测用。

Series products of “intelligent lightning sphere” manufactured by the company will not depend on grounding, and can protect fixed and moving objects on the ground, moving objects on the water surface, and moving objects in air from lightning stroke, and therefore make the modern devices inside the objects avoid direct lightning disasters. The first advantage the technique is that it will avoid the damage of microelectronics by strong electro-magnetic radiation of lightning currents from the lightning rod.
